The Land bill, The Land Restitution Program as well as the Recall of all expiration resolutions concerning land titles of displaced persons, are the three strategies that the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development has presented in order to ensure the return of lands to the rightful owners whom were displaced by the armed conflict.
